FUNKY CHOCOLATE CLUB
Interlaken is known for its extreme activities such as skydiving, paragliding and bungee jumping. However, the thrill seeking hub has a number of tasty eats. The Funky Chocolate Club serves some amazing Swiss chocolate and pastries. While these are can't miss menu items, they don't compare to Swiss hot chocolate served up with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a graham cracker. HÜSI BIERHAUS
Hüsi Bierhaus is an Interlaken local favorite. Locals come here for some good, home cooked food and some beer. The scene is welcoming and people come here often to couple the experience with watching some soccer. I ordered the homemade mac and cheese with crispy onions on top and a side of apple sauce. The apple sauce pairing may throw you off at first, but I can assure you its a dream team combination.

HOTEL ALPENRUH
In the vast and scenic town of Mürren, Hotel Alpenruh offers up insane views of the Swiss Alps in the Jungfrau Region and delicious food. I recommend sitting outside with the larger than life snowcapped mountains in the background. You have to get some warm goulash and just take in your surroundings. The restaurant provides comfortable blankets for you to keep around you to stay warm.
