INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

LIVERY

In the city of Indianapolis, one of the clear cut best restaurants is only a few minute drive from BankersLife Fieldhouse. Livery is a truly remarkable Latin American restaurant with homemade empanadas and tacos headlining the menu. They serve trendy drinks including a flavorful hard kombucha. You can eat in the main dining room, bar or live it up on the vibrant rooftop. A reservation can be made on the website or by using OpenTable.

3 SISTERS CAFE

Take a 15 minute drive up north from downtown Indianapolis to experience this gem of a breakfast/lunch place. The 3 Sisters Cafe established itself in the year 1992 in the neighborhood of Broad Ripple. From mouth watering tofu and egg sandwiches to savory blueberry pancakes with powdered sugar, 3 Sisters Cafe is a can't miss stop on your potential visit. The Cafe has also been featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.

KAFFEINE COFFEE CO.

A couple blocks north of Lockerbie Square lies a strip of what looks like a series of garages/storage units. However, in the cluster there's a large coffee shop that serves coffee from around the world. The interior is classic to the exterior brick style of the strip. I tried the Moroccan blend which was recommended by an employee. It was one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. The menu is so extensive you will be bombarded in the greatest way possible on what to order.

MILKTOOTH

If your are a brunch fan, Milktooth is undoubtedly your next spot. This culinary juggernaut continues to be a local favorite in Indianapolis. I ordered a dutch baby which is a pancake in the shape of a bowl with caramelized apples, almond shavings and honey whipped ricotta. It came with cheese grits with spring onions and a dark chocolate mocha. I know, your mouth is watering and you just want to get there already. Well what are you waiting for? Click the link and have an amazing time!

INDIANAPOLIS CITY MARKET

This isn't a single restaurant yet it's a group of them all congregated into one space called the City Market. Tons of food vendors provide diverse cuisines for the public. You can get Italian, Latin American, Greek and Lebanese just to name a few. This multi-floor warehouse has tables and chairs for people to enjoy their food along with a couple bars. It's so enjoyable to taste the food and connect with people of different cultures because it's so important to open your mind to other ways the world works.
